2008 Green presidential candidate and former six-term Congress member Cynthia McKinney has published the text of her speech prepared for a conference in Damascus, Syria, in commemoration of the 60th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the denial of the Right of Return for Palestinians, in violation of the Universal Declaration.
